About me

I am a trainee psychotherapist in the final stages of my training. I will complete a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Therapeutic Counselling in November 2017 and complete an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy in 2018.

I have been working with clients in a variety of setting for two years and started my private practice in spring 2017. I have experience of working with a variety of personal problems such as family relationships, depression, low self-esteem, childhood abuse and cultural identity. I offer a warm and safe environment in which clients can feel comfortable and supported in exploring themselves.

I offer long and short-term psychotherapy and adjust my approach depending on the client’s individual needs and personality.

Past experience

In the past I have been involved in Higher Education, working with students from disadvantaged background to support them in their application to university. I have also travelled widely, working with international students and living abroad. As well as working as a psychotherapist, I currently work as a Mental Health Mentor at a leading London university.

My undergraduate degree was in Philosophy which influences my work as a psychotherapist. I am not afraid to help clients address the big questions of life.
