I’m a Psychologist and Lacanian Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist.

I’ve been working using a psychoanalytic and psychodynamic approach for the past 6 years.

At the centre of the therapy there is the person’s uniqueness. The treatment proceeds from the breaking point, or from a symptom, or perhaps from something the patient is not aware of, through to the possibility that these weaknesses are converted into strengths.

Issues I work with

Anxiety and panic attack disorders

Mood disorders

Low self-esteem

Eating disorders

Work-related issues

About me

I work in Italian, as I think that the job we do, being about words, requires the practitioner understands all the shades of the words the person is using for example to describe a feeling.

If you would like to start a treatment, I would invite you to a first assessment where we would figure what it is bringing you to think about a therapy, and then how you would like to start this path together.

I trained at Padova University as psychologist, and then at the Freudian Institute and gained my Diploma in Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy.

The Freudian Institute teaching follows the Freudian theory, where there are theoretical and practical seminars and also self psychoanalysis.

The theoretical training includes teachings, seminars, national and international conferences. At the end of each year there is a theoretical exam and a thesis written about a clinical case. There was also a comparative study between different theoretical models.

Furthermore I attended 180hrs for trainee and 30hrs of supervision about trainee each school year.

Over the years I have added to this core training in eating disorders.
